Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc. was founded on December 17, 1985 as a family business owned by God.  Bart Azzarelli, Jr., his wife, Jan, and Tim Pirc, the company's first employee, have worked arduously to grow and strengthen customer and vendor relationships.

Currently, Dallas 1 employs over 120 full-time team members.  Our assets include exceptionally devoted and superior personnel, a drive for excellence, excellent credit and  commitment to both prayer and glorification of God.

The Rehabilitation Solutions division of Dallas 1 was an inevitable result of  many years of rehabilitation excellence provided by Dallas 1 to its customer base.  Currently leading the industry with innovative methods and technologies, Dallas 1 Rehabilitation Solutions is also setting the standard for custom-engineered products and best practice installation.  The division is headquartered just outside of Tampa in Thonotosassa, Florida.
