To know, understand, and use proper hand signals, and other field communication methods. To safely and properly organize the work given, and practice good housekeeping on job sites. Laborers/Drivers: Besides following the description for Laborers you will be responsible for the crew truck. Drive the truck to the job site and back to the yard. Must have good driving record. Laborers/Pressure Washers: Must work as a laborer and pressure wash in man holes. Must have good driving record and be able to travel.
